9.I already have a domain and web site, but I want to transfer it to HostBite? If you have already registered a domain, we can transfer it for you for free. You will have to order domain transfer and one of our hosting packages. The transfer process will start immediately upon the receipt of payment. You will have to ask your current domain registrar to disable register lock and you will have to provide us with the Authorization (EPP) Code.

10.What is the full domain administration? The ability to administer your own domains, to change DNS servers, host records. Link for the full administration is access.domain.com, or you can administer from control panel. Request a password to access your access.domain.com by sending an e-mail.

11.Can I pay monthly? No. You can pay every 3,12 or 24 months.

19.Can I install Joomla? Yes, you can install Joomla CMS. With our script installer Installatron you can install Joomla in less than 5 minutes. Installatron is located in your Direct Admin (control panel).

20.Do I get Webalizer and AWstats? Yes. Your AWstats and Webalizer are located in your control panel Direct Admin.

21.Which control panel do you use? We use Direct Admin because it is the fastest and the most stable control panel. With Direct Admin you can easily maintain even huge web sites.

22.How to create phpMyAdmin? PhpMyAdmin is used to maintain databases. After you have created a database you can login to phpMyAdmin with the login ID and password that you use for a certain database.

36.How do I upload my web site via FTP? You will have to connect to your web hosting account via FTP. FTP and other hosting information are sent upon account activation. You can use one of these programs to make a FTP connection: http://filezilla-project.org ; Total commander, Dreamweaver.
